Protein Mousse Choco-Coconut

Hello followers… today it’s finally my ” day off” and I can finally dedicate myself to my amazing blog 😉

A few days ago I published the photo of the “Chocolate and Coconut “protein mousse!… I love coconut so much!!!

The mousse can be a great snack or a yummy breakfast. And if it has to much proteins for you, eat it in 2 different times by storing it safely in the fridge for the next day.

Nutritional information for 1 serving:

  •     22 g of protein
  •     35 grams of carbo
  •     3 grams of fat



  •     150 ml of egg white
  •     90 grams of cream rice
  •     31 g of 90% by ISO Ultra Brown Colors Nutrition
  •     1 sheet of gelatin
  •     8 drops of tics or sweetener to taste


In a bowl, pour the egg white and beat the whites until soft peaks form. Slowly add the cream rice and protein powder . Mix well with a whisk.

Make the sheet of gelatin soft in 100 ml of cold water. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes.

Wring it out and put it in a small saucepan over low heat without boiling, stirring until completely melted. Let it cool down and add the gelatin to the ingredients of the recipe. Add the sweetneer  and mix well. Pour the mixture into two bowls and let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
